About –

Arts Funders Forum (AFF) is shaping the future of cultural philanthropy.

Designed to increase private funding for arts and culture in the United States, Arts Funders Forum serves as a platform for the most engaged philanthropists, artists, experts, funders and cultural influencers to develop new models of high-impact investments in the cultural sector.

Conceived by M+D and supported by the Knight Foundation, Art Funders Forum is reimagining cultural philanthropy for a new generation.

and interviews with leading arts benefactors, philanthropists, culture experts, and artists.

Research

into new frameworks for giving, new ways to measure outcomes, and how to optimize partnerships.

Analysis

of the most effective models for high-impact giving to the arts and development of new models.

Design

of new platforms to encourage greater financial commitments and investments in arts and culture.

 

Insights -

The first phase of AFF, supported by the Knight Foundation, included a research program to explore areas that inspire the next generation of funders and the most important trends in private arts giving.
